PhotoPorter Privacy Policy

概述

PhotoPorter（相册传送）是 JoshLabs 出品的局域网文件拷贝工具。你在同一 Wi‑Fi 或热点上，把照片、视频或手选文件从发送端拷到接收端。不设账户、不做公网中继、不接广告 SDK。

我们不会出售你的数据，也不使用第三方广告或跨 App 追踪。

我们处理的信息

你选择传输的媒体与文件：相册项目或手选文件在设备本地读取，经局域网 HTTP 发到已配对的接收端，并按协议校验 SHA‑256。内容只在你的设备与你指定的接收设备之间传递。
本机账本与设置：未传 / 已传 / 已删记录、配对 token、来源相册选择、自动删除开关等，保存在本机。
配对与发现：接收端在局域网内用 mDNS 广播服务名；配对串含随机 token、本机局域网 IP 与端口。token 只用于识别已配对的接收端。
相机（可选）：仅用于扫描配对二维码，不上传云端。

我们不收集的内容

账户、电子邮箱或个人资料（本 App 无登录）。
广告标识符或用于跨 App 定向广告的数据。
精确 GPS 位置。
通讯录、短信或与传输无关的第三方 App 数据。
支付信息（本 App 免费）。

信息用途

数据仅用于完成本地传输、校验、账本与配对。不会用于营销或广告画像。

第三方服务

传输不经过 JoshLabs 服务器。操作系统相册、文件选择器与通知由系统提供。无分析 SDK、无广告 SDK、无云同步后端。

数据保留与删除

发送端可在账本中查看状态；可选在确认接收后删除相册原件（手选文件不删）。卸载 App 会清除本机账本与设置；已写入接收端相册 / 下载目录的文件仍由你在系统文件管理中处理。

儿童

本 App 不以儿童为主要对象，我们不会明知地收集儿童的个人数据。

Overview

PhotoPorter is a JoshLabs LAN copy tool. On the same Wi‑Fi or hotspot, it copies photos, videos, or hand-picked files from a sender to a receiver. There is no account, no public relay, and no ad SDK.

We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party ads or cross-app tracking.

Information we process

Media and files you choose to transfer: read on-device, sent over local HTTP to a paired receiver, verified with SHA‑256. Content stays between your devices.
On-device ledger and settings: pending / sent / deleted records, pairing token, source albums, auto-delete preference — stored on the device.
Pairing and discovery: the receiver advertises via mDNS on the LAN; the pairing string holds a random token plus the private IP and port. The token only identifies a paired receiver.
Camera (optional): used only to scan the pairing QR code; not uploaded.

What we do not collect

Accounts, email, or profiles (there is no sign-in).
Advertising identifiers for cross-app targeting.
Precise GPS location.
Contacts, SMS, or unrelated third-party app data.
Payment information (the app is free).

How we use information

Only to complete local transfer, verification, the ledger, and pairing — never for ads.

Third parties

Transfers do not go through JoshLabs servers. The system photo library, document picker, and notifications are provided by the OS. No analytics SDK, no ad SDK, no cloud backend.

Retention and deletion

The sender ledger shows status; you may optionally delete gallery originals after ACK (hand-picked files are never deleted). Uninstalling clears the on-device ledger and settings; files already written into the receiver’s Pictures / Movies / Download folders remain until you remove them in the system UI.

Children

PhotoPorter is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
