Cabinet X Terms of Service

概述

Cabinet X 是 JoshLabs（Joshua Zeng）出品的 AI 厨房设计预览 App。你上传厨房照片，选择柜门款式与台面材质，App 生成改造前后对比图。使用 Cabinet X 即表示你接受本服务条款。若不同意，请停止使用并删除 App。

本条款应与 Cabinet X 隐私政策一并阅读。

账号

使用 Cabinet X 需要登录，可选择 Google 或 Apple 账号，身份验证由 Supabase 处理。你需要对账号安全以及账号下发生的活动负责。你必须年满所在地区可独立签订合同的法定年龄。

订阅与计费

Cabinet X Pro 为自动续订订阅。订阅周期、价格，以及每个计费周期包含的 AI 生成次数，均以 App 内订阅页面和应用商店结账页显示的为准。未订阅时无法使用 AI 生成功能，App 的其余部分仍可使用。

付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 收取，并记入你的商店账号。订阅在当期结束前至少 24 小时自动续订，除非你提前关闭自动续订。续订费用在当期结束前 24 小时内扣取。

取消订阅请前往 App Store 或 Google Play 的账号设置，我们无法代为取消。取消后订阅在当期结束时到期，已付费的当期仍可继续使用。

退款由 Apple 和 Google 按各自政策处理，JoshLabs 无法直接发放退款。未用完的生成次数不结转到下一计费周期，也不折现。

订阅周期、价格与包含的生成次数可能调整。变更仅对生效日之后的计费周期起作用，我们会提前通知。

优惠码

优惠码可为账号增加额外生成点数，1 点等于 1 次生成。优惠点数不随计费周期过期，但不可转让、不可折现。同一优惠码每个账号只能兑换一次。我们可以随时停用被滥用或以非预期方式传播的优惠码。

你上传的内容

你上传的厨房照片、参考图和自定义门型图片归你所有。你授予我们为向你提供服务所需的有限许可，用于处理、传输这些图片并生成结果。我们不会将你的照片用于训练 AI 模型，也不会出售或用于广告。

你需要确保拥有上传图片的必要权利。请勿上传侵犯他人权利的内容、他人的私密影像，或违法内容。

生成结果仅供参考

AI 生成的效果图是示意性的视觉预览，不是施工图、报价单，也不构成对材料、尺寸、颜色、供货或造价的承诺。实际装修效果会受现场条件、材料批次、光线和施工工艺影响，与预览图存在差异。请在下单或开工前与你的橱柜商、设计师或承包商核实所有细节。JoshLabs 对依据生成图作出的采购或施工决定不承担责任。

可接受的使用方式

请勿对 App 或 API 进行逆向工程、绕过订阅或配额限制、自动化批量抓取，也不要用它生成违法、仇恨、色情或误导性内容。违反上述规定的账号可能被暂停或终止。

第三方服务

Cabinet X 依赖若干外部服务：Cloudflare（API 与数据库托管）、Supabase（登录）、OpenAI 与 Replicate（AI 图像生成）、RevenueCat（订阅管理）、Apple 与 Google（应用商店与计费），以及你主动授权后的 Google Drive（备份）。这些服务各自的条款与隐私政策同样适用。

服务变更与终止

本服务按现状提供。我们可能更新、调整或停止某些功能。你可以随时停止使用并在设置中删除数据。若你严重违反本条款，我们可以暂停或终止你的访问权限；若因我们停止服务导致订阅无法使用，我们会通过应用商店渠道协助处理当期费用。

免责声明与责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Cabinet X 按现状和现有条件提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保。JoshLabs 不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。就任何情形而言，我们的累计责任不超过你在索赔发生前十二个月内为 Cabinet X 实际支付的金额。部分司法辖区不允许排除某些担保或限制责任，上述限制在这些地区以法律允许的最大范围适用。

适用法律

本条款受加拿大安大略省法律管辖，并按该省法律解释，不适用其冲突法规则。

条款更新

本条款可能更新。重大变更会通过 App 内或本页面公告，页首的生效日期会同步更新。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受新条款。

Overview

Cabinet X is an AI kitchen design preview app by JoshLabs (Joshua Zeng). You upload a photo of your kitchen, pick a door style and countertop material, and the app generates a before/after comparison. By using Cabinet X you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete it.

These terms should be read together with the Cabinet X Privacy Policy.

Accounts

Cabinet X requires sign-in with a Google or Apple account, handled through Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.

Subscription and billing

Cabinet X Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The billing period, the price, and the number of AI generations included in each period are whatever is shown on the subscription screen in the app and at checkout in the app store. AI generation is unavailable without an active subscription; the rest of the app remains usable.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends.

To cancel, use the account settings in the App Store or Google Play. We cannot cancel on your behalf. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access for the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; JoshLabs cannot issue them directly. Unused generations do not carry over to the next billing period and have no cash value.

Billing periods, pricing, and included generation counts may change. Changes apply only to billing periods starting after the effective date, and we will give notice in advance.

Coupon codes

Coupon codes add bonus generation points to your account, where one point equals one generation. Bonus points do not expire with the billing period, but they are not transferable and have no cash value. Each code can be redeemed once per account. We may deactivate codes that are abused or distributed outside their intended use.

Your content

Kitchen photos, reference images, and custom door images you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process and transmit those images and produce results for you. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.

You must have the rights to the images you upload. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, private images of other people, or unlawful material.

Generated results are illustrative

AI renderings are illustrative visual previews. They are not construction drawings or quotes, and they are not a commitment about materials, dimensions, colors, availability, or cost. Real results vary with site conditions, material batches, lighting, and workmanship. Verify every detail with your cabinet supplier, designer, or contractor before ordering or starting work. JoshLabs is not responsible for purchasing or construction decisions made from a generated image.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app or API, bypass subscription or quota limits, scrape in bulk, or use the app to generate unlawful, hateful, sexual, or deceptive content. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or terminated.

Third-party services

Cabinet X relies on external services: Cloudflare (API and database hosting), Supabase (sign-in), OpenAI and Replicate (AI image generation), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (app stores and billing), and Google Drive (backup, only after you authorize it). Each provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Changes and termination

The service is provided as-is. We may update, adjust, or discontinue features. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these terms. If we discontinue the service in a way that makes a paid subscription unusable, we will help address the current period through the app store channels.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinet X is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JoshLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability will not exceed what you actually paid for Cabinet X in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, in which case these limits apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
